Belle Etre was founded by Angelica Whaley her personality summed up would be a mixture of spicy/fiery and a hopeless romantic. Ever since Angelica was old enough to walk, feminine pieces and materials would intrigue her, from her mothers long satin robes, down to the pearl detailing on some night gowns, she became infactuted with Lace, silk, and sheer things at a very young age, often stealing her mothers most elegant pieces to serve as wardrobe in her vivid imagination during play time.
